Summerisle 50cl Mead 10% abv

Summerisle is a Metheglyn, which is a spice based honey Mead. Presented in a Dark Green Pharmacy style bottle and a nod to the folk horror genre. A lemon, bay and cardamom Mead crafted utilising meadow flower honey. More creamy lemon curd and aromatic floral than sour sherbert lemon in profile. Clear, light, and best served chilled with white meats, salads or fish. Can be served neat or complimented by tonics.
