Black Phillip 50cl mead 10% abv

Black Phillip is a Bochet, which is a caramelised honey Mead.  Decorated with a definite nod to the cult folk horror genre. Black Phillip is a deep, dark brew with a bonfire toffee profile. Fermented over Moroccan Fig, orange zest and whole Madagascan vanilla pods, we finish over charred bourbon whiskey barrel oak to give a smoky finish. Excellent served from a tumbler at room temperature or warmer.
